"You Have Nothing to Fear, but Fear Itself"

Fear Is a Survival Mechanism. Our brains were built to protect us — not make us happy. In the past fear helped us survive predators or danger. Today our brain still scans for threats — just now it’s bills, judgment, failure, rejection. "nothing to fear but fear itself” It is a powerful motivational line that still gets quoted a lot today. What it means is basically: There’s nothing in the world we should be scared of, except for fear itself, because fear is the real enemy. Fear becomes the default — not because it’s right, but because it’s familiar. In this episode we are going to unpack the meaning behind "nothing to fear but fear itself." Fear gets a bad reputation, but it's actually one of the most useful and powerful emotions when you know how to work with it instead of against it.
